1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. soy sauce Sliced zucchini Sliced green pepper Sliced onion 2-3 ripe tomatoes Shredded Mozzarella cheese Croutons Melt together butter and soy sauce. Add sliced vegetables and tomatoes. Cook all together. When vegetables are done, cover with shredded Mozzarella cheese and croutons. Let melt; serve. |
