2/3 lbs. yellow tail TERIYAKI SAUCE: 2 to 3 tbsp. mirin 2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. sake 1 tbsp. sugar Sweet cooking sake. Combine teriyaki sauce ingredients in a pan over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes until slightly thick. Grill yellowtail in skillet. Pour prepared sauce over fish and simmer over medium low heat for 7 minutes. |
