FAT-FREE MARINADE FOR BAKING OR
BROILING MEATS, FISH OR POULTRY
 

1 c. dry red wine
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. lean meat (flank or round steak, poultry, fish)

Crumble oregano and marjoram into wine and soy sauce. Add pepper. Place meat in a plastic bag, pour marinade over, and seal bag. Chill 12 to 18 hours. Baste meat with marinade while cooking.
