1 (.35 oz.) pkg. sugar free Jello (strawberry or other flavor) 1 (8 oz.) container low fat plain yogurt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 banana, mashed (or crushed pineapple or mandarin oranges, drained) Water (or liquid from canned fruit) Mix Jello in 1 cup boiling water and dissolve. Add 3/4 cup cold water, vanilla and yogurt. Blend thoroughly. Fold in fruit. Put mixture in 4 serving dishes and chill. |
