1 tsp. grated orange rind 2 tbsp. unsweetened orange juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 c. plain unsweetened low-fat yogurt Combine all ingredients except yogurt in small bowl, stirring until well blended. Gently fold in yogurt. Cover and chill thoroughly. May be used on fruit salads. Yields 1 1/4 cups. |
