1 1/2 c. plain yogurt 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 c. heavy cream 1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin (wet with 4 tbsp. water) 1 piece kiwi fruit Put 1 cup milk into pan. Add 1/2 cup sugar and heat. Put gelatin into pan and mix it, heat 1 minute. Cool pan in some water. Add 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt to pan and mix together. Whip 1 cup cream and add to pan. Put everything into another bowl with cut up kiwi fruit on the bottom. Refrigerate until firm. |
