VEGETABLES: 1 c. plain yogurt 1/2 tsp. salt 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional) Empty yogurt into a bowl; add salt and garlic. Beat well. Use on fried vegetables, meat kebabs or meat dolmas. This recipe will make 1 cup sauce. VARIATION FOR FRUIT: 1 c. plain yogurt 3 or 4 tbsp. confectioners sugar Mix together and beat well. Use on berries and other fresh fruit. |
