1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated lemon
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. yogurt cheese (see previous recipe)
Cool Whip or whipped cream
Graham cracker crust or crust to your liking
Prepare crust.
Soften gelatin in water; dissolve over low heat. Stir in sugar, salt, lemon and lemon juice. Stir into yogurt cheese. May also fold in Cool Whip or whipped cream. Pour over crust and chill.
