1/2 c. plain yogurt 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 3 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. thyme Salt to taste Pepper to taste 4 to 6 chicken pieces Combine ingredients in cup. Spread over chicken pieces to coat well. Grill chicken on charcoal or gas grill, turning every five minutes until done. Brush with marinade each time. Serve with rice and vegetables. |
