A suggestion: 5 cup milk plus 1 package Jiffy baking mix plus 5 eggs plus 1/2 cup oil. 15 quarts milk plus 1 case baking mix plus 5 dozen eggs plus 5 cups oil.

1 package baking mix = 60 (4 to 4 1/2 inch) pancakes - 15 people.

1 case baking mix = 720 (4 to 4 1/2 inch) pancakes - 180 people.

2 cases baking mix = 1440 (4 to 4 1/2 inch) pancakes - 360 people.

3 cases baking mix = 2160 (4 to 4 1/2 inch) pancakes - 540 people.

4 cases baking mix = 2880 (4 to 4 1/2 inch) pancakes - 720 people.

5 cases baking mix = 3600 (4 to 4 1/2 inch) pancakes - 900 people.
