1 (16 oz.) pkg. cranberries 2 c. sugar 1 c. orange juice 1 c. raisins 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. chopped celery 1 med. apple, chopped 1 tbsp. grated orange peel 1 tsp. ground ginger Heat cranberries, sugar, and 1 cup water to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Makes about 7 cups chutney. |
