2 c. crushed strawberries (about 1 quart) 4 c. sugar 3/4 c. water 1 box Sure Gel Stir berries and sugar well. Bring water and Sure Gel to a boil. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Add to fruit and sugar mix. Stir 3 minutes. Pour into sterile freezer containers. Cover tightly and let sit 24 hours, then freeze. Will keep in refrigerator for 3 weeks. |
