FROZEN STRAWBERRY JAM
 

3 c. crushed berries
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. Sure Jell
3/4 c. water
Pinch of salt

Cook water and Sure Jell for 1 minute. Mix berries and sugar, then mix the cooked Sure Jell and water into berries; stir for 3 minutes. Put in jars and freeze.
