CHRISTMAS JELLO SQUARES
 

1 (6 oz.) cherry Jello
1 (6 oz.) lime Jello
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 1/2 pkg. unflavored Jello
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix 1 (6 ounce) Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Pour into 9 x 13 inch dish in refrigerator until firm.

WHITE LAYER:

1/2 pint heavy cream heat to parboil. Dissolve 1 1/2 packages of unflavored gelatin into 1/2 cup cold water. Add to cream. Stir slightly. Add sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Mix all together and pour over first layer. Let firm up.

Mix 2nd Jello same as first. Pour over white layer (when firm). Let this firm. Cut into 1 x 1 inch squares. This can be left out of refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
