2 c. cranberries 2 1/2 c. or 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries, thawed 4 c. sugar 1 box powdered pectin (2 1/ 2oz.) Grind or chop cranberries into coarse pieces, add strawberries. Place fruit in large saucepan. Measure sugar, set aside; add pectin to fruit, mix well, bring to a full boil over high heat, add sugar at once, bringing to a rolling boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Skim and seal in hot sterilized jars. Makes 6 (8 ounce) glasses. |
