2 1/4 c. flour 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg yolk 1 tsp. almond extract 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes 1 pkg. cherry chips Sift flour, salt. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in egg and almond extract. Add flour and mix until smooth. Stir in corn flakes and cherry chips. Drop by teaspoon. Bake 375 degrees, 12-15 minutes. |
