1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. Kix Melt butter and sugar in heavy skillet or saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes until mix caramelizes. (Light in color and heavy consistency). Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in Kix and turn on to baking sheet. Spread to 1/4 thickness. Let cool and break into pieces. |
