Black beans, dried or canned (2 cans) Garlic cloves Fresh onion Green pepper 2 tbsp. olive oil Flour burritos Cheddar cheese Mild or med. picante sauce Cook black beans according to directions on package, if using dried. Saute garlic, onions, green pepper in 2 tablespoons olive oil; mix with either cooked dried beans or canned beans. Heat flour burritos until warm. Place black beans mixed with sauteed onion, garlic and green pepper on top of burritos. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over that. Spoon mild or medium picante sauce over that. Fold and enjoy. |
