HOT REFRIED BEAN DIP
 

1 can (17 oz.) refried beans
1/4 c. (1 oz.) grated longhorn cheese
2 tbsp. fresh minced onion
1/4 c. sour cream
Tortilla chips

In 8 inch skillet cook beans over medium high heat, stirring constantly. When beans begin to dry around the edges of pan, pour into serving dish. Sprinkle hot beans with cheese and onion. Top with sour cream. Insert several chips into dip. Serve with additional chips. Makes about 2 cups.
