1 lb. ground beef 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 c. ketchup 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a small amount of fat in a heavy skillet. Cook very slowly until the meat has turned white. Drain off accumulation of fat. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Put into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
