BAKED BEAN CASSEROLE
 

1/2 lb. bacon, cut up
1 1/2 lbs. ground lean beef
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans pork & beans
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
Generous dash celery salt

Cook bacon until crisp, remove from skillet and drain. Add ground beef and onions. Cook until brown, combine with remaining ingredients including cooked bacon. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
