2 med. oranges, peeled 1 med. banana, peeled 1 med. pear 1 med. peach, peeled Romaine leaves 1 c. fresh raspberries Section oranges, reserving juice in shallow bowl. Slice banana, pear, and peach into reserved orange juice. Chill. Arrange Romaine leaves in salad bowl. Top with chilled fruit and raspberries. Serve with berry dressing. Makes 6 servings. |
