STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE PARFAIT

1 pkg. Strawberry Junket
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. crushed strawberries (drained)

Prepare junket on stove according to package directions using 1 1/2 cups water. Cool and add 1 cup ice cream and drained fruit. Pour into parfait glass and refrigerate.
