Peel and slice fruit. Cook fruit with a small amount of water, cinnamon, and sweetener. Place cooked fruit in the center of each rolled-out biscuit. Fold biscuit corner to corner. Press edges together with the tines of a fork. Sprinkle the top of each turnover with cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. 4 servings.
