2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. butter, melted Mix and press into pan. 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 1/2 c. sugar 5 eggs 3 tbsp. lemon juice Beat cheese, sugar until fluffy, add eggs 1 at a time beating after each addition. Stir in lemon, pour over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until center is set. Cool and cover with pie filling. Refrigerate. |
