Fruit flavored gelatin cubes are layered with yogurt for a refreshingly light dessert. 1 c. boiling water 3/4 c. cold water 1 c. cut up fruit (strawberries, bananas, grapes and/or mandarin oranges 1 (16 oz.) carton nonfat vanilla yogurt
Spray 8 inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray. In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Pour into spray coated pan. Arrange fruit in gelatin. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
Cut gelatin into cubes. To serve, alternately spoon layers of gelatin and yogurt into parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Serve immediately. 4 servings. Serving Size: 1/4 of recipe. 130 calories. 6 g protein. 22 g carbohydrate. 2 g fat. 6 mg cholesterol. 90 mg sodium.
