FRUIT TART
 

1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
11 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. Triple Sec or frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
Fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, melon, kiwis, pineapple, etc.) sliced
1/2 c. apple jelly (honey colored)

Press cookie dough into greased 14 inch pizza pan or into two 8 inch tart pans and bake according to package directions. Cool. Beat cheese, sugar and 2 tablespoons of the Triple Sec until fluffy. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit decoratively on crust.

Melt jelly with remaining 2 tablespoons Triple Sec and brush over fruit to glaze. Cut into wedges. Makes 12-15 servings.
