1 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 1/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. soda SAUCE: 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. fruit juice FRUITS: Sliced peaches Chunk pineapple Sliced strawberries Sliced bananas, dipped in lemon juice to stay fresh Save juices. TOPPING: 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tbsp. sugar Mix butter, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, tartar and soda. Pat into 2 (14 inch) pizza pans, ungreased. Bake 400 degrees 10 minutes. Mix sauce, beat well and spread over crust. Arrange fruits on top of sauce. Mix topping, pour onto leftover fruit juices and thicken over heat. COOL and pour over fruit. Chill one hour. |
