FRUIT & ICE CREAM RING
 

1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lime Jello (3 oz. size)
1 pkg. lemon Jello (3 oz. size)
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. ginger ale
4 drops green food coloring
1 c. green halves
1/4 c. pecans, chopped

Drain pineapple and reserving the syrup. Add enough water to the syrup to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Bring to a boil. Dissolve the Jello in the boiling liquid. Add the softened ice cream, stirring until melted. Stir in ginger ale and food coloring. Chill until almost set. Fold in pineapple, grapes and nuts. Pour into 6 1/2 cups ring mold, chill until firm. Unmold and serve on platter. Serves 10-12.
