FRUIT AND CREAM LAYERED SALAD
 

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. carton strawberry flavored yogurt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 tsp. almond extract

SALAD:

2 c. fresh blueberries
3 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
2 c. fresh strawberries, halves
20 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. seedless green grapes
2 tbsp. sliced almonds

(You may use other combinations of fruit also.)

Beat until smooth the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice; stir in whipped topping and almond extract. Should be smooth and a little thick.

In a large glass serving bowl, layer half the fruit, spoon half of the topping layer balance of fruit and topping. Sprinkle almonds on top.

Very pretty and tasty. Serves 10-12.
