KIWI GLAZED FRUIT CAKE
 

Lg. angel food cake
Fresh fruit that can be sliced thinly
Lemon meringue pie filling
Package kiwi glaze mix

Cut large angel food cake into 2 layers. Prepare lemon pie filling. Pour half lemon over bottom layer and arrange thinly sliced fruit over lemon. Pour small amount of lemon over top of fruit to secure top cake layer. Pour remaining lemon over top cake layer allowing to drain over edges. Decoratively arrange kiwi fruit on top. Completely cover cake with kiwi glaze mix. Cool and serve.
