4 apples 4 oranges 1 can chunked pineapple 1 bunch grapes 1 c. nuts 4 bananas 1 jar cherries, halved 4 tangerines 1 can fruit cocktail, optional Save all juices. 1. Peel and chunk apples. 2. Peel and chunk oranges. 3. Add pineapples, grapes sliced in half, nuts, sliced bananas, cherries, chunked tangerines and fruit cocktail if desired. FRUIT SALAD DRESSING: 1/3 c. flour 2 eggs 1/4 c. sugar Pinch of salt Juice of 2 oranges 1 c. pineapple juice Juice of 1 lemon Combine flour, sugar and eggs; beat. Add rest of ingredients and cook slowly. Let cool and serve over fruit salad. |
