1 cut up chicken
Bottled or homemade Italian dressing

Pour dressing over chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours, turning often so all pieces are well coated. Can be marinated overnight also. Drain off most dressing. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour until nicely browned.
