ITALIAN WINE BISCUITS
 

5 c. flour
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. burgundy wine
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients together. Form dough into circles and spread yolk of egg on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
