1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Mix, bring to boil the butter, cocoa and 6 tablespoons milk. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans. Spread on cake while still warm.
