SPINACH LASAGNA
 

6 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
6 to 8 oz. Swiss cheese (Jack cheese may be used)
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed

Mix together the soup, sour cream, cheese and salt. Spread a little on bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan. Make two layers of noodles, spinach, soup mixture, cheese; repeat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Tuna or chopped meat may be added.
