ITALIAN WEDDING COOKIES
 

1 1/4 tsp. sugar
1 c. Crisco
3 eggs
6 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. cocoa
1 c. honey
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 c. chopped nuts
5-7 c. flour

Mix sugar and Crisco until creamy. Add eggs and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Add just enough flour until dough doesn't stick. Roll into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Makes 14 dozen.
