ITALIAN SPAGHETTI WITH MEATBALLS AND
HOT SAUSAGE
 

4 lg. cans (29 oz.) Hunts All Natural Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp. sugar (optional) (should be added at end of cooking time)
4 to 6 basil leaves or 1 tsp. crushed basil
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
Black pepper and salt to taste

Simmer above ingredients for about 2 hours. Longer cooking makes sauce acidic. When sauce is done add 1 tablespoon Romano cheese to sauce and stir to dissolve. Always stir sauce frequently while cooking.

MEATBALLS
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
3 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 sm. clove garlic, chopped very fine
3 homemade biscuits, crumbled fine or bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Mix all above ingredients together. Roll into balls or scramble for a meat sauce and fry until lightly brown in oil mixture.

OIL MIXTURE (In fry pan) :
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 to 3 cloves garlic, sliced thin
