4 lb. rump roast 1 pkg. onion soup 9 whole allspice 1 bay leaf 4 beef bouillon cubes 4 garlic cloves 4 peppercini peppers 1 sm. can tomato sauce Dash parsley flakes Dash Worcestershire Dash lemon juice Parboil meat, slice, put in crock pot. Add all other ingredients, mix. Cook on low at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally. After 24 hours, add water and a bouillon cube as needed. |
