ITALIAN STUFFED MEAT LOAF
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
15 1/2 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
1/3 c. shredded zucchini

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8" baking pan. Combine ground beef, oats, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, onion, egg, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; mix well. Separate mixture into two equal parts. Shape each into a patty about 7". Place stuffing choices on one patty. Top with other patty. Pinch sides to rounded loaf. Place into pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until meat is done. Top loaf with 1 cup spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Garnish with olives and serve with remaining sauce.
