ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE WITH PASTA
 

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 garlic, peeled, diced
1 lb. hamburger
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato juice
1 can tomato paste
1/2 c. Romano, grated cheese
1 pkg. link sausage, diced sm. (optional)
1/8 c. sugar
1 lg. egg
1/8 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, peeled and diced
1 lb. pasta

In large skillet add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Saute diced garlic clove and diced onion. While sauteing, press garlic once in a while with fork to release juices; about 10 minutes. Add diced sausage (optional) and brown. With hamburger make meatballs (mix with egg first and bread crumbs).

In large saucepan combine all 3 sauces, tablespoon of Romano cheese and 1/8 cup sugar. With slotted spoon remove garlic, onion, and sausage and put them in sauce. In skillet cook meatballs until done. (Size of meatballs your preference). Add meatballs to sauce when they are done. Cook on low heat for 3 to 4 hours, covered, stirring occasionally. Sauce will cover 1 pound pasta of an type. Sprinkle on remaining Romano cheese.
