ITALIAN BEEF AU JUS
 

3 to 5 lbs. thawed boneless beef roast

SAUCE:

1 (1.0 oz.) pkg. au jus mix
1 (.7 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1/2 soup can water

Place beef roast in slow cooker, combine sauce ingredients and pour over beef. Cover; cook on low for 8 hours. Meat may be sliced and served with hard rolls or shredded with two forks and served over noodles or rice, with broth thickened with flour. Yield: 8-10 servings.
