ITALIAN CASSEROLE
 

1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 (16 oz.) Prego spaghetti sauce
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1/3 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. onions, chopped
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Brown beef and onion. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Spread mixture in bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix mozzarella cheese and sour cream; spread over beef mixture. Unroll crescent rolls into rectangles. Lay on top to form crust. Drizzle melted butter over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
