1 tbsp. oil 1 lb. lean pork loin, cubed 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth 4 c. chopped broccoli (can use frozen) 2 c. cooked pasta 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Heat oil in wok or skillet. Add pork and garlic; stir fry until browned. Drain grease. Add broth and boil. Add broccoli, cover and simmer 7 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Add pasta. Toss mixture with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4. |
