2 eggs 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 4 c. peeled and diced apples 1 c. chopped walnuts Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Then gradually add sugar and oil and vanilla. Sift together next 5 ingredients and add to first mixture. Stir in apples and walnuts. Pour in two greased loaf pans. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool. |
