OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST
 

8 lg. eggs
1 loaf French or Italian bread, unsliced
3 c. milk
4 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
Cinnamon

Slice French or Italian bread 1" thick. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla in large bowl. Butter 13"x9" pan. Arrange bread. Fill in spaces with extra bread. Pour egg mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To bake, dot with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
