OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST
 

3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
6 slices French or sour dough bread, cut 3/4" thick

Whisk all ingredients together. Soak bread overnight. Cook in real butter and serve with pure maple syrup.
