ORIENTAL FISH MARINADE
 

1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed

Mix all ingredients. Using 1 pound fish fillets, let stand in marinade 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Broil fillets over charcoal until fish flakes, basting occasionally with marinade.
