2 (12 oz.) cans V-8 juice cocktail 2 c. water 1 lb. sauerkraut, finely chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 2 or 3 sm. carrots, sliced 1/2 c. chopped celery 2 tbsp. instant beef or chicken bouillon Heat all ingredients to boiling.
