1 head Boston lettuce 1 bunch Romaine lettuce 3 leaves leaf lettuce 1/4 head lettuce Sm. amount of endive if you like 1/4 c. sliced toasted almonds 1 can mandarin oranges, drained 1 bunch green onions, sliced 1 c. chilled baby shrimp or 1 c. sliced grilled chicken breast Mix all. Toss with the Sesame Soy Dressing. SESAME SOY DRESSING: 1/4 c. salad oil 2 tbsp. garlic vinegar 2 tbsp. sherry 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds Combine all and mix well. A meal in itself. Serve with Armenian Cracker Bread. |
